Creating a better Mzansi through sport and development
He is one of the brightest learners I ever know, he is in grade 2 at Qhubeka Primary School in Intabazwe at Harrismith. Since the beginning of this year I was hearing from educators about this young man who is so bright but has a PROBLEM OF SEEING THINGS CORRECTLY EVEN IN WHEN THEY ARE WRITING. The school has tried everything but they have failed, he was sent to doctors and hospital but they were unable to help.
Currently all learners in South Africa are writing exams and he…

Long before I was born we had people who were fighting for democracy and well being of the people in Mzansi..... they fought for most of their lifes for me and There people around mzansi who try to make differences in our communities, just like youthzones do they come asking to be our friends and they tell us how will they help us reach our peaks as the youth as mzansi. They give us plans and ideas of how to do things. In return the show us what they can do if we are united and willing to…

I was privileged to be invited to the graduations of the Grade R in one of the Creches in our locations. The young were so excited and most of them know as mchichwa from football. I remembered that yesterday I was talking about the young brothers and sisters who destroy their lifes by taking drugs and becoming mums in a young age.
but today it was a joyful day seeing young ones graduating for grade 1 next year. we were encouraging them to become better than us. the Madibas, Motsepes…

I was away for a week and some days.... yesterday at about 6h00 in the afternoon I went to a nearby hill to get some air. What I saw really did not sit well with me. As I was sitting there next to the N3 highway - I saw a group of young boys coming from the bush across the road. They were about 15 tops in counting....and each of them had a cigarette in his hand and looking in their eyes they red - high from smoking dagga. Some used to play for our youth team of under 15.
The…

The management of Peace Makers took time on their busy schedules to help one of our older generations to clean a yard. The management did this on behalf of the players and the team as a whole, because most of their players are working and others are still at school; so they (management) did it for the team.
Peace Makers is one of the oldest teams in our location and it comprises of players who come from farm mostly, and seeing doing this was an encouragement to others as well. THANK…

The players went to help the elders of Anglican Apostolic Church in South Africa (A.C.C) on Saturday. They are one of the oldest churches in our location and some of our players go to church, so we heard that they were going to clean the yard and we were willing to help and we are proud that we could help our mothers and fathers on this one. We were welcomed by the Bishop - Mr. Mokoena and other elders, as soon after introductions were went straight to work. The church is trying to build a…

From opening a way for dirty water to go, to cleaning the yard and removing papers around the yard. What I like about them is that they even shared a 2 litre cold drink KAOFELA, all of them got a zip even the young (U/14) ones got it.…

Faith is the most powerful of all forces operating in humanity, and when you have it in depth, nothing can get you down. Nothing you do not need to let anything get you down, but if you are down, you certainly need to let anything keep you down. In the process of awakening faith in you, remember that God without man is still God and man without God is nothing - and a man without faith is nothing.
DOUBT SEES OBSTACLES,…

As people we have plans to make a difference in our lifes, plans for us to succeed, and in the world we live on today we found that chances are so small of you alone making plans on yourself. any plan you do you must think of a person next to you and do things collectively to succeed together - umuntu ngomuntu ngabantu. You start this as a team and on the way when things get tougher some will fall from the "fight". But a good team with its leaders always tries to pull them up to soldier on…

As Oasis told us how important to pamper ourselves too, and being my family in Mozambique. At Manica I spend 5 days without smoking and I am proudly to say that I am going stronger and stronger. I hope to never touch it again. I like to thank Nkosi and Kgotso for their encouragements that really pushed me to limit it.
On Saturday i went to the doctor for a check up and he said my heart is getting to its normal self and soon it will be pumping like it was made to be. To all the family…
