As an entrepreneur our job is service. When we do the work we love for the people we care about, service is privilege. The more we serve the happier our clients become. Service is a funny thing: it is the highest form of enlightened self-interest. When we serve others we make them happy and when they are happy they return their favour by sharing their happiness with us. The more people we serve the more happy clients we get to deal with.

Powerful leaders are believers, they continue to believe even when everyone else has concluded that they are insane.

Even in the working environment we need to allow ourselves to mature, to build respect among others and also to gain experience. Of course you can still be leaders at 20, but you need experience and emotional maturity. That way it stops being about yourselves, and then you can help develop others.
