COMMITMENT

Good evening family, tonight i want to argue anyone who will read this post that, it doesn't matter how much you dream, or talented or how business minded you are, if your not COMMITTED it will not pay off in the end. It all start with commitment, if you want to start a business you must commit yourself, running a successful club requires commitment. You can't expect people to believe in your idea if you didn't first start by investing you time to it. It is said that most people who are not… Continue

Youthzones play the important role in uniting diverse leader's.

Youthzones teaches leader's from different places that in diversity there is beauty and there is strength. Our work force and our entire economy are strongest when we embrace diversity to its fullest, and that means opening doors of opportunity to everyone and recognize that the African dream excludes no one. I say thanks to youthzones for combining different leader's. Sho Doc and the youthzone family keep the good work.

leadership through empathy

Every person has hurt nd problems nd every person carries nd sadness .see yourself not for your own issues but as the guru who can discover the struggles of others nd that be safe space where they can talk abt tht.show them you care abt them as people , nor just what they are good at or what they can do for you
