Creating a better Mzansi through sport and development
As from last weekend we are hosting a winter tourney for the under 15s and under 17s, it began on weekend, and it will go on until the 4th of August when we play the finals for both divisions. For the coming two weekends we will be hosting the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals respectively. The support from the community has been great and we are expecting more of them from next as the word has spread all around kasi about the tournament.

Intabazwe Young Stars FC has appointed me as their Administrator for the upcoming season as they will be campaigning in the SAB League (Eastern Free State). Last year during this time of the or maybe earlier as we were heading to winter, we wrote letters to different companies asking them to help us with uniforms and casual clothing for needy children in our location. Our focus was on primary schools especially those that have children from poor families, we made a research from four primaries that we have and going around the location verifying the information that we are having that is correct or not.

We had a mini-tourney during school holidays to keep the youth busy, the code we had were netball, basketball and five-aside football. We categorized the teams according to sections we had in our location - 8 sections. Former teammates, current ones and the community of Intabazwe came with the initiative of making breakfast for needy learners in all primary schools in our location.
