The most important thing to remember as leaders is that our role is to create value for our society as defined by society. We must create value for local communities otherwise we have no future in those communities- so social development is much as our responsibility as producing our products.

Everyone has the ability to make a different and as leaders we have to be able to see that possibility in everyone and everything. Our role as leaders is to uncover that possibility and provide people with an opportunity to make the contribution that they can potentially make.

our country is blessed with good agricultural land and we know that food is becoming more and more expensive. Everybody has to eat and our communities have a wonderful opportunity to become food producers. We need to encourage this kind of thinking and incentivize people who already live in these areas.

One of the greatest privileges of leadership is the opportunity to influence, to change the world or at least our immediate surroundings. A leader needs to be a good communicator, to sell hi/her vision to the people and be good listening for feedback and input from others people.

As a leaders our first responsibility is to thoroughly understand the purpose of the organisation that we lead. Once we understand this purpose, we can better communicate it to the people who need to comparably understand it. This will insure that the team tasked with the realization of that purpose also has a clear understanding. If the purpose is misunderstood, then the rest is lost.
