I was deeply moved by the words of the New Editions FC Under 17, 15, and senior team when they said please dont buy food to eat rather pay us for transport so we can go and play a match on Saturday. I felt very embarassed and stupid after I thought it will be great get something to eat after a long day of soccer coaching clinic. I just started on reflecting on how easy is to project thoughts not thinking or consider what THEY need or think. How stupid is to think for others rather than coming…

Commitment is a pledge you make to do something or to behave in a certain way.sometimes we just
don't feel like doing the work we need to do to reach a goal,we might even feel like no matter what we do,we're just not '
good enough' ( or clever enough,or strong enough,or talented enough ) to reach our target, when we find ourselves
struggling to stay on track,we feel even worse about ourselves but we can stay committed by being…

Our self empowerment program is now accredited with Services Seta. We are waiting for a letter from the Minister of Education, Angie Mostshekga, then we are taking it to 1500 community schools with funding from the UN.

FOR ME THIS WORKSHOP HAVE THOUGHT ME A LOT. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT I'M THE ONLY ONE WITH PROBLEMS BUT I HAVE LEARNT THAT THERE ARE PEAPLE WHO HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS THAN ME AND THAT MADE ME WANNA HELP PEAPLE EVEN MORE. ITS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN GIVE BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO. SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO LISTEN WHEN PEAPLE ASK YOU TO LISTEN CAUSE THEY DON'T NEED YOUR ADVICE BUT SOMEONE TO TALK TO, YOU HAVE TO SHOW THAT YOU CARE BY PAYING ATTENTION.

Wow, what a fantastic week. 15 participants from Youthzones all over the country came to Pretoria and participated in a week of training and fun! Thabo, our 'master' trainer was fantastic in both content and personality. For me it was great to make friends and learn from everyone. We are all different and we are all the same.
The fact that we had 15 female participants was a highlight. Thabo said if people say 'I miss you' or 'when are you coming again?' you know that you…

Have you ever thought of our heroes????????
Our herous fought for us,they fought for freedom that we are enjoying now.Now we have access to free education, health care and others.
Heroes like Oliver Tambo, stieve Biko and others secrifised their lives in order for us to be saved.
We should honour and respect that.We should accept each and every opportunity we may come across
thank you

I am calling upon all the youth-zone members that the reason for this side is to communicate with one and another so lets share everything not only advice each other but fell and have the desire to go what the next person is going through,as we are the communitie let the communitie be through us,let us be the guy or girl that when you in your communitie every kid says when i grow up i wana be like them
