I'm a player that has been playing for year but women's football is not going any where and the league has no sponsorship. It a huge challenge for umlazi arsenal Laddies to cover all financial prompelms of the team. I will appreciate any help we can get.

I have lot of questions on

How to discipline the players if they are fitting during training section??

1.How to discipline under 17 boys??

-Do I give them pushups?

- Make them sprint 20 time?

-Burnished them from 3 games ?

- Hit them with the stick ?

2. How to discipline under 11

-Tell their parents how they react during training?

- Or do I do what I do to the older boys?

School Shoes Project for 2018
