I'M happy with what youthzone is doing for our region by establishing two new sites which is MBUZINI [MLAMBO ROYAL CUB F.C], DRIEKOPPIES [MOVERS F.C] THERE is a lot of job need to be done in these two villages in terms of development they relied to senior team players. we as KMQ ACADEMY we will work very close with them and help by setting a structure of developing young talent at an early age and help them with lifeskill,IT LETARACY.THANKS YOUTHZONE and t.s.b for bringing our brothers…

Writing things down seems to really help me not to forget and learn. for example, I have found that writing a list of the positive point about a situation or a person, writing down helps me remain joyful and avoid seeing things out of proportion.
