PERSEVERANCE, PREPARATION KEY TO MATRIC EXAM SUCCESS

Once again, we have reached the point at which we will be examined about what we have been

doing this term.

Foe most pupils, examination seem to be death sentence. But we are told that they are meant to reflect

our understanding of the curriculum.

The missing ingredient to this ideology is that preparation is a process not a once-off event. Just like farming, there cannot be a harvest without planting.

Be credible

In many ways leadership is like marketing. The number one thing about marketing is that we must deliver, deliver, and deliver. Deliver what we said we will deliver. Leadership is the same thing. As leaders we must deliver what we promised. Make it happen. As leaders we must have credibility. If we don't have credibility with our people we can't lead them. A leader must pick her people up when times are tough and their spirits are down.

Life

We can have the talent yeah but the problem is no one is there for us to help us to achieving them.....We end up losing our talents because we have no where else to do them...I am saying this because it happening to lot of young people.
