Ask for help

When we fail, it can be a lonely place to be. What we believe in will have the ultimate impact on what the outcome will be. At a time when we are going through the challenge, that's when we need one or two confidants to give us a hand up and to support us and make us believe that success is still possible. We all need this type of support mechanism sometimes in life.

How can fear propel us to success

Fear for us is a good friend, in exactly the same way that change is a good friend. So fear has positive and not so positive connotations. The one thing that drives us to be where we are today is fear of failure.

The best way to deal with fear and anxiety is to start by crystallizing our fear and become very clear of what is it we fear. In this way we can start at possible solutions.

Other people's opinion of you does not have to become your reality, its necessary to know that not everybody will see it. That everybody wont join you, that everybody wont have the vision you have, it is necessary to know that. A lot of people will complain but they don't want to do anything about their situation. UMLAZI NETBALL CLUB

5 of my team members (Hazel, Mells, Zama, Phume & Charity) made it to play for team Ocean Dolphins of which it a team that is playing in the KZN SUPER LEAGUE..... of which it the biggest league in KZN played by different players from all over KZN.... 2 from other province and 1 from outside the country. Im glad in my tear there is a progress. No one is staying at home doing nothing but we all going to varsity, colleges, working, doing interns and high schools we do not want to have 4 players who fell pregnant of which it ended up not doing well in the games but this year it is promising because we started with the right foot.

It been a long time I last post, I just wanna appreciate the intern I got at Jackpersad & Partners though it far but I'll pelse ceremony because I'm learnjng it part of growing and getting experience but it really hard there are lot of difficulties because this is how we learn than just seat at home with no work, no school.
