yesterday i learn about unity in diversity at the office in my mind i learn a lot this thing is good for everyone to know about diversity.i will saving and sharing in my community at steelpoort. 

i am enjoying to work with the people comes from ga-mampuru to make good friendship at bophelong project so this organisation are form to the community unemployment is the main purpose to find job and creating small program to keep mampuru youth development under IDT-(Independent development trust)administration.i am travelling to ga-mampuru to help that organisation to develop mampuru youth under unemployment program

almost the people in my community love work on the mines because many people are jelous for someone achieving in your life.so now are make competition to work underground at the mines and most of them are work to buy car before building house,so many times  are trying to motivate and encourage youth think about your life before you enjoy check your back around than fill up your gap before than enjoy.so now the mines are nothice many people specialy samancor.

in my community i have a small problem about my player stay with grandmother many year now uncle of that boy is come back from gauteng than that man tell the boy get out in my house,tell the boy hashwords you don't have a perants you don't work,so me i am accommoded that boy for three day than after i call the family of that boy "young father"(rangwane)and solved this issue than after take that boy to town buy soccer boots to motivate because this boy is an orphan.now this boy stay fair but…

my community proud of the leaders are there in the community because of the leaders are help everyone via all stuff community are needed e.g school works,sport activity,seaching job via internet,that is way community are developed now many people are worked child told care from the leaders to perfom your duty and assist child to write homeworks.the important thing  donn't lost hope fight yourself no one assist you if you don't try to do something never complian.i am happy about my community…

my boy are feel unhappy becouse are lost the game under the reason.the boys worry about the fitness take from thandani couse  i am sure the way boys are fit this game we won havy score so unfortunatly you can play.so but yesterday again go back to train and thandani live good motivation and encouragement in  my team and community couse everyone need thandani now

motivate children to do good thing all the time and one spirit in the community or different team any where you go think who i am? leadership is important couse any where you go i have a leader to guide you or is the person give you a massage from different place sometimes a jelous person come to your community to destroy any thing you want to do if you are a leader don't lost hope than work hard to manage your community
