In business, we don't sell because we have the best product all the time, we sell because we have the right relationships. There are very few unique product today. When we go into business there are few new things that we bring to the market place, but we certainly do bring new relationships.

Anything worth pursuing in life is worth believing that it can be achieved. the primary killer dreams is doubt. When people don't believe that something is possible they will never fully apply themselves the process of attaining it. Powerful leaders are believers, they continue to believe even when everyone else has concluded that they are insane.

Small and medium enterprises have a huge role to play in uplifting the communities where we do business. First of all , there should be a significant number of small businesses created in response to the needs of our communities. People in our communities face many challenges. We need to stand up and step up to solve these challenges. Agriculture is the most impotent thing in the whole world, people are eating foods from agriculture but most of them they don't consider it as a good business. Maybe is because they cannot wear formal shoes to become celebrities and they think is for uncivilized people. our country is blessed with good agricultural land and we know that food is becoming more and more expensive. Everybody has to eat and our communities have a wonderful opportunity to become food producers. We need to encourage this kind of thinking and incentivize people who already live in these areas.

One of the greatest privileges of leadership is the opportunity to influence, to change the world or at least our immediate surroundings. A leader needs to be a good communicator, to sell hi/her vision to the people and be good listening for feedback and input from others people.

As a leaders our first responsibility is to thoroughly understand the purpose of the organisation that we lead. Once we understand this purpose, we can better communicate it to the people who need to comparably understand it. This will insure that the team tasked with the realization of that purpose also has a clear understanding. If the purpose is misunderstood, then the rest is lost.
