Just let it go.

Let it go. There are some things, some people, some attitudes, and some feelings that you have experienced that you just need to let go because they are preventing you from living your greatest life! You are in charge. Exercise your power by consciously looking and asking the question. "How is this serving me by holding on to this attitude, anger,…

Mr positive and Mr negative attitude

We have Mr positive and Mr negative in constant battle in our head. Guess who wins? The one we feed the most.

We have one freedom inside us that nobody can take away, the freedom of attitude in any given circumstance. Life basically gives us two choices , a negative and a positive attitude. People with a negative attitude can only see the dark and negative side of life. A positive attitude lets us develop the courage and determination to be committed to what we want to do and where… Continue

Self-love and Self-image

A strong, positive self-love and self-image is the best possible preparation for success.

A healthy self-image start with learning to accept and love ourselves. Accept who we are and make peace with ourselves. Our self-love and self-image is our most powerful toll. Self-acceptance can set us free , but unhappiness within our selves, about our selves, can keep us hostage. We must not be afraid to break free and stop believing the negative programming that other people sometimes trying… Continue
