Depression in Male gender is destroying many lives because of our silent,  we have this mentality that indoda ikhalela ngaphakathi . Many of our brothers are committing suicide because of depression and ukugcina izihlungu ngaphakathi kubo. If you feel like something is bothering you.  Seek for help before it's too late and end up taking wrong decisions that will bring tears and hurt to those you will be leaving behind.  

Special during this lockdown I think the number of depressed…

It all started with what we call waste but they then saw an opportunity to make something beautiful out of it .from the community of Kanana in Hammeskraal they have secured a deal to supply mask to Bidvest Protea Coin and Audi Sandton.

in the life of humas, there are jobs and responsibilities that are unpleasant and saldom receive recognition. If we are doing a dung beetle job, remember that we are blessed because, just like the dung beetle, we have a purpose and an impact on people's life, far greater than we can imagine. Salt of the earth people are humble, unpretentious, uncomplicated, devoted, loyal, earnest and honest. We are hard working people, who add value to the lives of others.

Strive for continuous improvement, instead of perfection.

We always think that the grass is greener on the other side. We live our lives as if on a runaway train, travelling on and on the hope of finding a beter., Worm, grander station. Oddly, all the stations we stop at are  never quite what  we thought or hope they would be, leaving us empty and unsatisfied. 

so often the best green grass is right under our feet. That is not to say that we should not look for best opportunities or settle for an average life you are not happy with.…
