Jeff is one of the boys staying with me in my house he is from Mpumalanga. Jeff saved the best for last. After an up and down season, Jeffrey came oh so close to successfully to win the title. Only the speed of the Free State Champ and eventual winner stood between Jeff and glory..
Jeffrey showed he meant business when he ran the fastest time in half marathon, clocking 1:03min & 47sec in the South African half marathon championship and came 3rd.

By enjoying who you are, you bring out the best you can be. When you enjoy what you’re doing, what you’re doing will create great value.
When you find something to truly enjoy about where you are, you also find new and rewarding possibilities. By enjoying the moment you’re in, you bring unique richness to your life.

Enjoyment is not a…

Is there ever a Miss Right?
I usually have an answer for everything as long as it is not related to Financial Management 300 or my singleness. The latter being the hardest to spin. There’s no justification of being single nowadays. Whatever you say only generates more pity, smugness, concern and speculation. “Poor Boy, no one loves him. If only he had a good girl like me. Maybe he’s a psycho, clingy…

I could not believe what I was hearing when I heard that one of my youth friend in Mabopane Youthzone site is going to Dubai for two years as a chef this weekend. This lad comes from humble beginnings and he is just like any boy in the community. What is stunning about Harold Mantshoane is that he hangs around with other boys and he is just like any normal boy in Mabopane. While I was coaching the teams yesterday I spoke about him and how possible is anything if you put your mind and heart…
