never mind what others think of you!

whether you doing good or bad people will always have something to say about you, and that's where you have to realise it's not what you say the matters but it's what you answer to. sometimes it's hard to stomach negative things said about you but that negativity you got to it turn into positivity. and after all people are entitled to their opinions. and when someone says your better it's because they see that you are indeed better they just didn't have the nerve to tell you, instead they…

Silence Is Golden

We had a nice session with Eyethu United yesterday together with Schalk, just after I finished with ext 9 I rushed to ext 2 were I found Simon using a very nice and effective life skill during soccer practice. He let everyone play soccer in silence as a great way to think clearly before acting and also a physical challange as you had to appear next to your team mate to get a pass, and also for your mate to use his eyes to look for the right player to pass. This was so powerful that Schalk is… Continue

Owning up

Every now and then we all make mistakes. Some more often then others. This past week I overlooked a shelf of computers and wrote them off as missing. I told my superior about it and got on with my day. His worry was intense and I could notice it over the phone. I got about 5 calls in an hour just asking about them. They were found the next day and I felt relieved. I wrote off the incident as a joke...free now, since they were found where they were said to be.

Only later that evening…

Do You Look At Yourself As The Sum Of Your Weakness And Failures?

In the past weeks as i was going arround the townships checking teams and doing the programs,i realised that most of the townships take their failures as the block for them to succeed in life instead of them taking failure as a steping stone so that they can be the ones who are going to change their family background. This question was always on my mind so i justfelt like sharing this with everyone.

Most of us have a problem with our self image. I think the root of the problem…
