How to discipline the players if they are fitting during training section??
1.How to discipline under 17 boys??
-Do I give them pushups?
- Make them sprint 20 time?
-Burnished them from 3 games ?
- Hit them with the stick ?
2. How to discipline under 11
-Tell their parents how they react during training?
- Or do I do what I do to the older boys?

IT IS DIFFICIULT WHEN YOU RUN A TEAM WITHOUT FINANCE EVEN SAFA PROMISE TRAVELLING ALLOWENCE BEFORE WE COMPLETE FIRST ROUND BUT NOW THEY HAVEN"T DONE THEIR PROMISING THAT WHY WE FAIL TO ATTEND AWAY GAMES.
