When you think of something new, at first people laugh at you. When you decide to do it, people not take you even seriously. When you show some outstanding results they start challenging you! Then finally they watch you succeed and they wish they were you

We would like to thank Youthzone for giving us the help by providing us with an amount of R1300 for our athletics training camp,we really appreciate the help year and next year we are going to use the YOUTHZONE logo for marketing, and we would like to thank our father Coach Simon for giving us the life skills menu, because it taught us how to communicate with others and also how to work as a team.

The school exams are over and now you begin to wonder "what are you going to do over the thanks giving season"... I don't think I have an answer yet by one thing for sure, I can be grateful for the year that I just had. So, here are short words to the Man above:
Dear Lord, I couldn't move into another year without apologizing for the things I should've said earlier and didn't, and acknowledge the times I could've done better but didn't. Thanks for moving me while I grumbled…

It has been a great surprise visit from both Schalk and Doc over this week, I trust they will be here until tuesday next week. Them being here has been great for the guys in the area, as most of the school going youth have finished writting their exams. They have been able to constructively interact with them, having one of the Helderberg LFA team being on play-offs to take part in the Castle League next year, there has been a lot of training going on, as they prepare for the up coming…

On the 24th of November the ABI staff went for site visit in Freedom Park, Soweto. Even though it was raining earlier and muddy it couldn't stop any of the youth to come and train. The ABI staff (mostly ladies who I think when applying for their work, one of the requirements was beauty) mingled with the local youth boys and girls. They went to play netball game with the Girls Netball team and I must say it was great fun and everyone looked equal and there were jokes made. And it was…

On the 24th of November ABI visited Soweto to see how junior and senior boys use their time after hours
of school and those who are unemployed unemployed.
Unfortunately it was raining in Soweto and when we arrived in Diepkloof with Schalk there were small boys who were ''Starting'' to train in that heavy rain.
It shows that there are boys who love what they do and do it with passion.
Most importantely you will never know who is watching your team or monitoring the…

Jeff is one of the boys staying with me in my house he is from Mpumalanga. Jeff saved the best for last. After an up and down season, Jeffrey came oh so close to successfully to win the title. Only the speed of the Free State Champ and eventual winner stood between Jeff and glory..
Jeffrey showed he meant business when he ran the fastest time in half marathon, clocking 1:03min & 47sec in the South African half marathon championship and came 3rd.
Coming into the Soweto…
