Stop trying To Multitask

Multitasking cant be done except with unconscious processes such as walking and talking. If you try to consciously multitask like make the kids lunches, have a telephone conversation and try and get the kids ready for school it cant be done nearly as effectively as doing each task separately. Multitasking stresses out minds and helps to produce bad results.

1. What were my highlights and low lights last year? What have I learnt from my failures last? What can I improve?
2. Have I developed or grown from last year
3. What am doing for myself to better my own life so I can be useful to others?
4. What do I want in life? What makes me happy? If I, ......., am in quiet place by myself, am I happy about my own life?
5. How many people I have reached out or share the opportunities created in youthzones? Am I selfish?
6. How often do I meditate and sit in quiet place and think about my own life? Or do I constantly live in a noise environment?
7. What it is stopping to change? What must happen for me to change?
8. Am I people pleaser? Do I do things to impress people? Am I true to myself?
9. Where do I feed my soul?
10. What am I going to do right now? Next steps.
Find a quite place to study. If this is not possible at home, try to use ares of your school during the day or your local library when you cannot use the school premises. Make sure that your study area is well lit and comfortable.
Sit at a desk. Very few people can study effectively in an armchair or in bed.
Work hard, but not so hard that you become overtired.
If you play sport or do regular exercise, do not stop. Just make sure that you fit this in around your studying and not the other way around.
Get enough sleep. Most people need seven to eight hours a night and you remember better if you are getting enough sleep.
You may need to neglect your social life for a while. Relax quietly with music or family rather than going out with friends, which could lead to late nights and poor concentration the next day.
Guys I am hustle until I won things I want still straggling to get things in life so am working hard to get it so guys support each other to make things eazy in life
You can be rich or poor, educated or uneducated, smart or stupid, eat healthy or unhealthy, go to gym or not, be a good person or a bad person, but we all have one thing in common....death. When you die everything looses its meaning. its all like you have been chasing the wind. Whats the point of life?

PERSEVERANCE, PREPARATION KEY TO MATRIC EXAM SUCCESS

Once again, we have reached the point at which we will be examined about what we have been
doing this term.
Foe most pupils, examination seem to be death sentence. But we are told that they are meant to reflect
our understanding of the curriculum.
The missing ingredient to this ideology is that preparation is a process not a once-off event. Just like farming, there cannot be a harvest without planting.
Let us use every second that is left to prepare for our exams. Though we my experience challenges on our journey, we must not despair because no invention or SUCCESS comes about without perseverance.
Our families, community, country and continent view us as beacons of hope. A MATRIC certificate
makes huge impact on the continent.
It takes a community to raise a child, and a child to change the community. All the best to those who writing exams and remember the CONTINENT looks up to you.
IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START OVER It is high time to take the lead and face the reality. Complaining will never put what is best for your future. It is better to complain and comply. Is never too to start over. Success is not an event, But a life path that requires focus and concentration and also being dedicated. Nothing is impossible with God. It was once said, A river that can swallow a human, Will never talk, Meaning no one can come across your life path to bring SUCCESS into your life but yourself to accomplish your future. Is never too late to start over. Is never too late to start over, The future is in your hands. Wake up and take the lead. In life patients pays a lot.
We don`t realise how much we have until we see other people struggling for the things we don`t even value. We`re just running after material things in a never ending race to acquire more things. In the midst of it all, we don`t pause and thank God for what we already have. We forget about the poor, while we splurge on silks, waste food and show off, let`s remember security guards, street traders, hawkers and rickshaw pullers. These people don`t earn much and some have families to support. It won`t hurt to give them and extraR10. I knowR10may mean nothing to you, but for them it could be a glass of milk for their kids. It could be a small chocolate for their little ones or bread on their plates. There are people who have a tendency to give to the poor what they would not accept. When clothes are torn, will they look better on the poor? Why wait for the bread to be stale before giving it away? If we can`t donate fresh food today when we have plenty, we should at least not offload the stale bread later to the poor. Remember, if they get sick they won`t be able to afford medicine. So help but don`t make it worse.
Surround yourself with people that push you to do and be better. No drama or negativity. Just higher goals and higher motivation. Good times and positive energy. No jealousy or hate. Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other
