I feel like I don't have anymore respect from netball senior team about the way they talk with me, but the thing is not everyone is like that only 3players they have problem with me on how I manage the team ,they said I make decisions for them but when we talk as team at training sessions they don't attend because they think they are best. I think my problem is being transparent about everything with them , so from now on I want to be a strictly coach.

If you think you have friends where you live,  wait until you try to change direction to do positive things, you will see  that people they don't like you to grow its like you have done a sin.

@Lungi I think now we should focus more on the skills development so that we can be on the same page, because in sports development everyone is excelling.

so we went to ZZ to check on our fellow friends betty and speedy and we found out the problem aint that much of a problem they just needed assistance on how to use a moderm so we were happy to assist them with that.
