You guys are awfully quiet that side
On the 6th of September 2012, Schalk and I joined the group from UK under Athletic Hub on their visit to Holy Family Combined School in Mogwase. The lads from UK Oasis were also accompanied by four youths from Oasis SA by the name of Scotch, Puleng, Mike and Ronnie. We were invited to interact with the class of grade 10s during the english class whereby we were interacting with the youth and asking each other questions and laughing together, from there the lads went to teach computers in the primary school. And after it was time for soccer match between the UK guys vs first team of the school where the match was very interesting and ended up as a draw. And during the match there were many life lessons to reflect on after the match of which we did. and from there the lads met Kagiso who then introduced them to her community where they were going to visit and plant vegetable gardens.
On the 25th of November the YZ team visited the where Magalies Boys we played an invitational soccer. We met legends like Phillipe who is doing great work taking the youth away from drugs by encourgaing to play football. The team from the community which we played for won 3-1 against Magalies boys high.
